How much does it cost?
It depends on what the assistant takes over — that's why we don't sell packages. You can get a ballpark right away in the calculator on this page, and after a 30-minute call you get a fixed quote: one-time setup + a monthly fee. No lock-in, cancel at the end of any month.
What if the assistant makes a mistake?
That's what the “assistant prepares, you approve” rule is for: anything going out to customers or the public waits for your review. Internal things (briefings, reminders, reports) are harmless and easy to verify by nature.
Is this even allowed? GDPR?
Yes — with a contract. We sign a data processing agreement (the EU standard for any external processor), keep credentials in an encrypted vault, and never let data pile up. For medical practices we run an even stricter regime, already proven in practice.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
No. The assistant connects to what you already have — your email, calendar, webshop, social media. You learn nothing new; it messages you like a colleague. And you don't even have to type — on channels like Telegram you can simply dictate a voice message.
How long does setup take?
Typically one to two weeks from signing: week one for connecting and a trial run, week two for fine-tuning based on your feedback.
What if I want to stop?
You cancel at the end of any month — and that's it, no further costs. The assistant lives on our server, so cancelling simply switches it off: access is revoked the same day, everything that's yours (data, documents, credentials) is returned to you and deleted on our side. It's in the contract.
How are you different from agencies “offering AI”?
